peopleIX nabs €2.3 million to unlock organisational insights and inform workforce decisions

Cologne-based peopleIX, an AI-powered people intelligence platform, announced today the successful closure of its €2.3 million pre-Seed funding round to expand its product capabilities and strengthen its market presence across Europe.

The investment, led by Earlybird-X with the participation of neoteq ventures, TS Ventures, and HRTech business angels.

HR is no longer a support function – they are strategic business enablers, driving the optimisation of Human Capital,” said Nick Stodt, Co-founder of peopleIX.

By building the intelligence layer for people data, we’re equipping CHROs and business leaders with the tools they need to unlock the full potential of their workforce and drive real impact,” added Dr Georg Schaal, Co-founder of peopleIX.

Founded in 2022, peopleIX is an AI-powered people intelligence platform, enabling organisations to consolidate, analyse, and act on critical workforce data. By focusing on intuitive, no-code analytics, peopleIX looks to help businesses enhance productivity, retention, and hiring.

They are trusted by companies such as d.velop, rebuy, Koro, simplicity, and OMR.

According to peopleIX, there is an urgent need for AI-powered people intelligence. HR leaders today struggle with disconnected data spread across multiple tools— HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), performance & engagement tools, payroll and business systems, etc.

peopleIX argues that these silos prevent organisations from answering critical workforce questions such as:

  • How can we accelerate hiring without compromising candidate quality?

  • What workforce levers drive the biggest productivity gains?

  • How do we proactively reduce employee turnover?

peopleIX looks to solve this problem by integrating data across HR systems into a single source, delivering real-time insights without requiring data science expertise.

Key benefits include:

  • Predictive Workforce Insights – AI-powered analytics help organisations forecast trends, optimise hiring, and prevent attrition.

  • Seamless Data Management – Connecting disparate HR and business systems to create a unified workforce intelligence platform.

  • Strategic Decision-Making – Empowering people teams and business leaders with real-time analytics to drive business success.

As per figures provided by peopleIX, with the People Analytics market projected to grow at a CAGR of 14.8% from 2023 to 2030, organisations increasingly turn to data-driven strategies. European companies, in particular, face challenges such as workforce mismanagement and demographic shifts.
