Anritsu and Ookla Unite to Transform Network Performance Insights


Anritsu and Ookla have announced a strategic partnership aimed at advancing network performance and enhancing user experience insights. This collaboration merges Anritsu’s renowned service assurance and network monitoring technologies with Ookla’s Downdetector insights, promising to deliver real-time visibility for telecom operators.

The integration allows service providers to proactively tackle customer-affecting issues using real-world data from Ookla and AI-driven anomaly detection from Anritsu. This mechanism aids telecom operators in promptly identifying, analyzing, and resolving network disruptions, ensuring a seamless experience for users.

Beyond addressing network issues, the companies are exploring the inclusion of Ookla’s Speedtest data within Anritsu’s Service Assurance platform. Through this initiative, telecom operators gain deeper insights into end-user performance. This enables them to correlate real-world Speedtest results with network-level analytics, which further crystallizes their understanding of performance issues.
