The institute developed the Management Top 250 to align with the writings of Peter Drucker, considered the father of modern management and a world-renowned professor, consultant, and Wall Street Journal columnist. To assess customer satisfaction, the Management Top 250 surveyed customers randomly via email to determine their overall sentiment and willingness to recommend the organization to other companies.
